How to Export Outlook Express to PDF

If you were a user of Windows XP and its default email program i.e. Outlook Express and suddenly, your system’s operating system has been corrupted and you have changed it. • Click on link "Microsoft Save as PDF or XPS Add-in for 2007 Microsoft Office Program"
• A new Windows will open where you will find a Download button (click on it)
• Another windows will pop-up there you will be asked to select other add-ons
• Leave them & Click on No thanks & continue
• Next you will get a new pop-up here Click on Save File & Once the download it complete
• Double Click on the Set-up >> Click on Run >> Accept >> Continue
• You will get a message of Installation Completion
• Now Open MS Word then Go to File >> Save As >> PDF or XPS

If you are using MS Word 2007

• Open the HTML Files in Word 2007
• Go to File >> Save As >> Choose File Add-ins for other file format then A new Windows will open

Note: - Here you can see that manual procedure is quite lengthy as well as complex. Another issue is: that works against this method is that you can only save 1 email at a time into PDF that means you will have to spend quite a lot time to get all OE emails in .pdf.
